fanservice! well, not really fanservice. more like excessive cleavage. whatever.

I patterned the costume after the Coal Tit (that adorable little bird), which is also what her name puns off of.
... obviously a D-list joke hero (to make everyone else feel awkward). I did add a cool feature with her power, though. She uses her singing voice to create and control aether constructs, this was due to her previously being an Off Broadway Improv actor prior to gaining powers (also gives razor wit and humor to buff out the personality).
