this is a quick kick-out of an idea.

She's a "sort of" speedster type super human. The catch, though, is that while she can move extremely fast, she doesn't have the mental awareness / response time to navigate at those fast speeds. So, she's more of a close quarters pulverizer.

Any rate, the visual turned out cute, so yay.
