Beacon - rough pass

This is the first pass on a lore-important character for Happenstance that I've been needing to draw for some time (making mention since there's a few things i can see i need to fix).

Any rate, the dude's moniker is Beacon. He's the Earth-leader of a global hero group called the Star Wardens (they're destiny-space-rock-empowered heroes). He's also the one responsible for setting up the negotiations to keep Earth independent of the Galactic Federation (long story).

So yeah, a gruff southern government-hating freebird is the one who acts as the chief adviser to soul-powered crystal wielding heroes across the globe. ;p
