Bubsy the Badluck Bobcat

so, I saw the revival trailer and ... was kinda dismayed. The character wasn't well received, and the game has been criticized poorly in retrospectives since (bubsy3d usually ranks within top 5 in worst console game lists, alongside n64 superman). So the fact that it's a straight faithful continuation (complete with stale woolies villains) kinda frustrated me.

So I did this: small guide for putting him into the modern era. took a few tries and thinking, but I think I got something that works.
- Drew a lot from old animation (comedy rules of Looney Tunes), the upcoming Ducktales relaunch (which draws heavily from the old Disney Ducks series), Jackie Chan's action comedy rules, Super Mario World and Donkey Kong Country, etc

in game maintain a similar celshade look to boost the cartoonish animations mentioned in the full sheet. (should add a couple more dashes of red and SUBTLE fur patterns as well)

prior attempts, this was going off his current smarmy attitude, which i realized broke the "unwarranted sass" rule ... probably a big reason why he's so unlikeable. It's why his finalish design landed on kluzt optimist (with render style to match

- Bubsy Chan, victory through perseverance
- serious about Waifus. It worked for Overwatch and Nintendo. It's the current market.
- It may seem heady to put a dystopian Orwell plot into a kids' game, but that's what you do
