cypher-ish villain concept design

I may do more with this one down the line, but basically this was a concept for a super-hero-world baddie.

The base concept was that she WAS a technomancer who eventually turned herself into a living ethereal line of code. Naturally, given the sci-fi elements, her persona would be laced with a good dosage of pretentious philosophy/commentary.

There's some good, quite a bit of bad, but on the whole I kinda like it. Down the road when i have more time I'll revisit this concept and put more umph into it.
